I want to see what your desktop looks like.
I am doing a little research experiment for a presentation I am doing at Flash Forward 2007 this year, and I need input from as many different people from different backgrounds as possible:
I want you to take a screenshot of what your desktop and your web browser configuration looks like on an average day. I want the screenshot to include things like the Windows Taskbar and System Tray, or the MacOSX Dock, and anything else that illustrates how your organize your work/play environment, and what that environment consists of application wise.
If you have different computers or configurations that separate your work and play environments, then feel free to include two sets of shots.
Try not to “pose” to much for the shot, all I am looking for is a natural snapshot of how you use your computer.
I am particularly looking for Linux submissions.
Any contribution would be greatly appreciated, just email them to info@teknision.com with a subject of “My Desktop”.

That sounds like a pretty interesting experiment.
I’d be interested in seeing some of the results too.
Do you think it might be possible to host the screen shots somewhere for all of the community to see? x
you might want to take a look at this…

Are you still looking for submissions?
